Using the beloved picture book as its inspiration, this experience brings its themes to life through interactive activities, bilingual storytelling, music, movement, and creative exploration.
Children will imagine soaring above the city, discover familiar neighborhoods from a new perspective, and celebrate the special bond between generations through interactive activities that capture the spirit of the story.

Can you solve the mystery? I Want My Hat Back is a whimsical 30-minute interactive theatre experience designed especially for our youngest audiences. Using Jon Klassen's award-winning picture book as its inspiration, this playful adventure brings themes of curiosity, observation, and problem-solving to life through imaginative storytelling, creative movement, music, games, and hands-on exploration.
Young audiences and their caregivers will enjoy a playful theatrical experience that encourages curiosity, creativity, and participation. Along the way, children will make observations, solve playful challenges, and discover that sometimes the journey can be just as much fun as finding the answer.
