Ticketing FAQ

Can I bring a large group of friends, family members, or acquaintances to a show?
YES! Get ticket discounts for groups of 10 or more by calling the CCT Ticket Office!

Do you have shows on weekdays when the sun is out?
YES! Look at our schedule of Daytime Performances and see a show for just $10! Bring a group of 10
or more to see the show and we’ll throw in enrichment activites and a post-show guided question and
answer session with the cast. Contact the CCT Ticket Office to discuss or book your educational outing!

Do you offer any special accommodations for performances?
YES! For those with hearing impairments, ASL interpretation is available upon request. For those with
limited mobility, our theatres have wheelchair accessible entrances and areas. To accommodate patrons on the autism spectrum or with other sensitives, we have scheduled Sensory Friendly Performances throughout the year.

What is a Sensory Friendly Performance, you ask?
These performances are adapted to meet the needs of children and adults with autism or sensory,
social, or cognitive disabilities. Sit where you want knowing the lights stay on and the doors stay open.
We provide sensory friendly resources and fidgets, a break area with a live TV feed, low ticket prices,
and a flexible refund policy. Call the CCT Ticket Office to scoop up your tickets today!

Can I exchange my tickets?
YES! We know you can’t see into the future (although that would be cool). Exchange your tickets to
any show of the same title, but give us more than 24-hour notice before your original show. Contact
the CCT Ticket Office to check availability and to coordinate your exchange.

Can I bring the youngest child I know?
YES! Our age recommendations are just that: recommendations. While everyone must have a ticket,
you can buy a lap ticket for a child under age 3 who will sit on your lap. Buy through the CCT Ticket
Office in advance or at the Box Office on the day of the show.

Where do I park my bike, car, or sleigh?
Well, bikes and sleighs can probably find a spot near the North Market. For your vehicle, you can pay
for a meter on surrounding streets with a credit card or pocket change. You can also park in one of the garages within a couple blocks walk of the theatre. And, if you are coming on a Sunday, remember all the metered parking is free!

What if I am running late?
We know traffic and parking can be beyond your control. We say give yourself 30 minutes to find parking and walk to the theatre. Major events at the Columbus Convention Center and Nationwide Arena can put parking at a premium. Seating late patrons once the show has started is at the discretion of our house staff.

Could weather keep me from my CCT show?
Performances are always canceled in the event of a level 3 Snow Emergency in Franklin County. Columbus Children’s Theatre also reserves the right to cancel a performance at their own discretion. Plan to leave home early, and please travel carefully. If the status of a show does change, an announcement will be posted on our website on the show page, CCT Facebook and Twitter feeds, and on local radio and television.

Anything else I need to know?
Yeah! All sales are final. We can’t let you audio or video record the shows cause of laws and stuff. To keep our seats as clean as possible, we don’t allow food or drink in the theatre. And our Ticket Office staff doesn’t bite so ask them all your other questions!
